Return policy
At Ranch brand, Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to resume your purchase with full refund of the purchase cost less shipping costs! However, returned items must not have been worn and be in perfect condition. Contact us by email at info@ranchbrand.ca to have a return authorization. Please note that the return shipping costs are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Exchange policy
