Return policy

At Ranch brand, Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to resume your purchase with full refund of the purchase cost less shipping costs! However, returned items must not have been worn and be in perfect condition. Contact us by email at info@ranchbrand.ca for a return authorization. Note that the cost of sending your return is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Exchange policy

Charter of greatness

We know that it is sometimes annoying to order a garment online without having tried it. This is why it is IMPERATIVE to take your measurements well and compare them to the charter indicated in each of the desired items. This will reduce the risk of order errors.
